Our Guarantees
We offer three no-brainer guarantees that open us up for a lot of potential abuse, hence why we created this page to hopefully clear up any questions you might have about those guarantees.
This explains how each guarantee exactly works, along with the “fine print” or “catch” associated with each (we need to have at least some minimal protection, right? 🙂 ).
48-Hour Response Guarantee
Our commitment to you is that we will respond to all incoming inquiries, whether they’re presales or order-related, within 48 hours on normal business days. We take Fridays and Sundays off, as well as a few other international holidays. In case we’re experiencing an unusually high volume of inquiries, or your case requires more than 48 hours to reach a resolution, we will still respond within 48 hours notifying you that we need more time.
Unlimited Revisions Policy
Once your order is delivered, you will have 3 business days to review it and request revisions if need be. If the delivery turnaround time is longer than 5 business days, you may request up to a 7-day extension for you to have adequate time to review your order. Extension requests should be sent within 3 business days of order delivery. If you do not get in touch within 3 business days, your order is considered approved and finalized.
We do our best to comply with all of your modification requests. That being said, “unlimited” does not mean we will do dozens of revisions, but it means we will not limit you to a certain number of revisions from the get-go.
While the vast majority of customers do not abuse this policy, there are a few who would often require revisions that may take even longer than the time it took to deliver the original order itself. Regretfully, we will not be able to entertain such revision requests. Our “unlimited” revisions policy comes with a “fair use” clause:
If the total time required to carry out the revisions exceeds 20% of the time it took to deliver the original order, we reserve the right to reject the request. The time required to carry out the revision is determined at our own discretion. We also reserve the right to reject revision requests if they fall beyond the scope of the client’s initial content writing instructions/outline.
If your revision request was rejected, you will have two options:
- Request a full refund (see money-back guarantee below).
- Request a price quote for the revision. In this case, the revision will be carried out at an additional charge. Please note that this service may not always be applicable to your order and will depend on the current availability of writers/staff members.
100% Money-back Guarantee
In case you’re not satisfied with the delivery, and you believe minor revisions would not solve the issue, just get in touch with us within 30 days of order delivery and we will refund 100% of your money, no questions asked. Well, we may actually ask you some questions for the purposes of improving our service but these questions will have no bearing on whether or not you receive your refund.
Because this policy is open to abuse too, this is the “fine print”:
- You understand that by requesting a full refund, you forfeit all rights to any intellectual property you have purchased (content, advertising assets we have created…etc). We reserve the full right to resell the content or use it at our own discretion. You should also be aware that we use automated tools such as DMCA.com, Copyscape, and others to ensure that content connected to refunded orders is not used without permission. We aggressively pursue people who buy content, ask for refunds and then use the content without permission – “steal the content”.
- To save our time and yours, we reserve the right to deny service to clients who repeatedly ask for refunds or constantly request highly demanding revisions. This can be done at our own discretion, and we’re under no obligation to specify reasons. We ask that you kindly use our refund policy as a last resort.
- Any refunds will include our service fees only. Third-party fees or spending will not be refunded. For instance, say you’ve paid us $120 to run ads for you. $100 of which went to FB/Google…etc and $20 is our service fee. Only the $20 is refundable because the rest is third-party spending.
