Q1: What do I need to provide?
If you want us to take care of everything you’ll just need to give us search console access. If you already know what needs updating on your website, you can share a list of articles.
Q2: How does the whole process work?
Once you choose a package and complete your payment, you will be redirected to our client portal to fill in your order details.
Our team will complete the search console analysis and then provide a spreadsheet report with the articles we recommend updating. Once approved, our writing and editing teams will begin working on the updates and drafting them in Google Docs. You’ll then have the opportunity to review the work and request any revisions before we finally draft the article in WordPress.
Q3: How do your quoted turnaround times work?
We quote turnaround times in business days, which means they exclude any days off. Please review our holiday schedule for more information. Please note that actual turnarounds may be affected by your responsiveness to questions, reviewing completed work…etc. The faster you’re able to get back to us, the better we can adhere to the quoted turnaround times above.
Q4: What do you mean "up to X articles"?
If you don’t provide the exact articles that need updating, the actual number may differ depending on search console analysis results. Up to 10 means the same total price will be charged for updating 10 articles or less. It’s best to order the service when you know that at least 10 articles on your website likely need updates.
Q5: What if the original article length is less than 500 or more than 2000?
Working on articles outside the 500-2000 words range may incur additional charges. Please get in touch before you place your order if this is the case.

Yes, Copyscape is considered the industry standard when it comes to plagiarism checkers so it’s what we use internally.
Q7: What if I have custom requirements?
We’re happy to carry out slight modifications to our processes to accommodate your own workflow at no extra cost.
